Coveris Advanced Coatings Supports Virtual Balloon Race

Coveris Advanced Coatings recently took part in the UK’s first ever Virtual Balloon Race at Eyton Primary School in Wrexham, in an effort to help the school fundraise for a new playground as well as supporting local hospice Nightingale House. The race involved designing and personalising a balloon online in terms of the best size, shape and thickness of the balloon rubber in order to withstand any weather and win the race.

The race lasted for one week and unfortunately Coveris Advanced Coatings did not manage to win, but in competing was able to contribute to the building of the new playground for Eyton School and show support for Nightingale House Hospice.
